CONTACT THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT AT 1-800-650-9610 TO START A CLAIM, DO NOT AUTHORIZE ANY WORK UNTIL YOU’VE STARTED A CLAIM. ALL REPAIRS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BEFORE REPAIRS HAVE BEGUN.
THE SHOP WILL NEED TO CONTACT THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT TO GO OVER VEHICLE INFORMATION AND ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO AUTHORIZE DIAGNOSES, IN THE EVENT THE REPAIR IS NOT COVERED, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE.
AUTODYNE WILL PAY THE REPAIR FACILITY DIRECTLY FOR COVERED REPAIRS, MINUS YOUR DEDUCTIBLE OF $100 AND ANY SHOP FEES OR LABOR / PARTS COSTS EXCEEDING THE CONTRACTUAL LIMITS.
OUR CLAIMS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT LINES ARE AVAILABLE 9AM – 5PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME. OUR ROADSIDES ASSISTANCE LINE IS AVAILABLE FOR EMERGENCY ROADSIDE CALLS 24 HOURS A DAY, 365 DAYS A YEAR.
YOU MUST CONTACT THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT BEFORE TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO A REPAIR FACILITY. THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT WILL REFER YOU TO ONE OF OUR EXTENSIVE IN NETWORK REPAIR FACILITIES, IF ONE IS NOT NEAR YOU, WE CAN WORK WITH ANY ASC CERTIFIED MECHANIC.
DEPENDING ON THE CONTRACT YOU HAVE YOU MAY QUALIFY FOR A RENTAL CAR, BUT ONLY IF YOUR REPAIRS HAVE BEEN AUTHORIZED AND THE LABOR TIME TO MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIR IS MORE THAN 8 HOURS.
